Who we are

Russell Smith, founder and owner of Russell Smith Concrete is a Santa Cruz native with over 25 years experience working in concrete construction. Russell’s apprenticeship in concrete work began out of high school where he worked with some of Santa Cruz most talented contractors. Under their tutelage, Russell worked his way up learning how to both take on the rugged heavy duty construction requirements associated with concrete as well as the nuanced, precise technical workmanship required to achieve a finished product that has both the structural integrity and desired visual appeal. After years of honing his skills, Russell got his own license and developed a team of experienced craftsman who offer expert service from concept through implementation.
